Important Information
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
Property Access
- Road access to the cabin is maintained year-round and the driveway is level with a large parking area.
- The property is located at over 4100' elevation. A 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended year-round, and chains are required during winter (November-April).
- One outdoor camera, a doorbell ring cam, is used. No cameras are inside or aimed at doors, windows, or the hot tub.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking allowed outside the home.
- No events allowed.
- No parties or gatherings above posted occupancy (8 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectful.
- Minimum age to reserve: 25 years. This person must sign the agreement and stay at the property.
- Children allowed.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- While the bathroom has a steam feature in the shower, this is not available for guest use and is turned off.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Pets
- This home is pet-friendly for up to 1 mature, well-trained dog with an additional pet fee of $25/day.
Fees and Payments
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to the host more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Parking Information
- Free parking available. Road access to the cabin is maintained year-round and the driveway is level with a large parking area.
- 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended year-round, and chains are required during winter (November-April).
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Window air conditioning is provided in each bedroom and the main level great room.
- Well stocked kitchen with utensils for cooking meals. Starter set of paper products provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These are sufficient for one or two nights.
- Towels and bed linens provided.
- High-speed internet, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, stove, and hot tub available.
- Hair dryers are not provided.
